COMPLETE THE RENTAL APPLICATION
Fill out our secure online rental application and upload the required documents.

PAY THE APPLICATION FEE
After submitting your application, you’ll be automatically redirected to pay your non-refundable application fee.

BACKGROUND & CREDIT SCREENING
Once we’ve received both your completed application and fee, an APEX team member will email you a secure RentRedi screening invitation.

Once all three steps have been completed, our leasing team will carefully review your application.
